Contact our London English school

Phone, email or send the registration form. We answer enquiries during working hours and reply to form submissions with a level suggestion and the next available start dates.

Three ways to reach us

Call us when you want to talk a decision through. Email us when you want something in writing. Send the form when you are ready to be placed in a class. All three routes end in the same place: a suggested level and real start dates, not a sales conversation you did not ask for.

Call the London office during opening hours for questions about courses, levels or timetables. If you need a placement conversation, it is easier to arrange by phone than by email, because we can ask follow-up questions. That short back-and-forth is usually enough to work out whether General English, ESOL, Business English or an IELTS group is the better fit for you right now.

Have a rough idea of your level before you call if you can — roughly how you would describe your speaking now, and what you want to be able to do in six months. It is not a test and nothing is recorded. It just saves everyone the first five minutes.

Email

Email works well for syllabus requests, fee confirmation and anything you want in writing. Include your current English level if you know it, and the course you are considering. If you have a test date already booked, mention it — we will tell you honestly whether the run-up time is realistic.

We reply to email in the order it arrives, and enquiries sent outside office hours are picked up on the next working morning. There is no automatic reply churn here: a person reads your message and answers it.

Registration form

The form asks for first name, surname, email address and phone number. Send it and we will reply with a suggested level, the courses running at that level, and the next start dates.

Nothing is charged from the form. It is an enquiry, not a booking, and you can change or withdraw it at any point before a course starts. Your details are kept for the purpose of answering your enquiry — see the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

What happens next

  1. A We read your enquiry and match it to a level.
  2. B We send the courses open at that level.
  3. C You choose whether to book a placement conversation.

We use these details only to answer your enquiry. Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service before you send it.

Online learners across the UK

You do not need to be in London to study with us. Live online classes reach learners in Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Cardiff, Belfast and smaller towns with limited local provision. The registration form works the same way wherever you are: the same four fields, the same reply, the same start dates.

Online groups run on the same timetable structure as the classroom courses, with a tutor present for the whole session rather than a recorded video to watch alone. If you are deciding between coming in to Bloomsbury and joining from home, say so in your enquiry and we will set out what changes and what stays the same.

Response times

We aim to reply to form submissions and emails within two working days. Phone enquiries during opening hours are usually answered directly. If your enquiry is urgent, because of a test date or a course start, say so and we will prioritise it.

Do I need to know my English level before I get in touch?

No. If you are unsure, send the form with a rough description of your speaking and reading and we will suggest where you would likely sit. A placement conversation by phone is the quickest way to firm that up, and it costs nothing.

Can I visit the school before I register?

Yes. Call ahead on +44 20 7937 6510 and we will arrange a time when someone can show you the classrooms and talk through the timetable. Avoid turning up mid-lesson without notice, as teaching is not interrupted for walk-ins.

Does sending the form commit me to a course?

No. It is an enquiry. Nothing is charged, no payment details are taken, and you decide what happens after you read the reply. Fees and booking terms are covered in the Terms of Service.

What if I need an IELTS result by a fixed date?

Tell us the date in your first message. We will say honestly whether the time left suits the preparation route you want, and if it does not, what a realistic alternative looks like. We do not promise scores or outcomes for any exam.

Ready when you are

Send the registration form, call the London office, or email a question. If you would rather compare formats before you decide, the course levels and study formats page sets out the differences between small groups, one-to-one tutoring and online classes side by side.
